Thank you for supporting Weekend Art Company! Because many of our products are handmade, painted, or custom-created, production and shipping timelines vary by product type.

Please review the information below before placing your order.

Processing & Production Times

Custom Painted Tote Bags

Each painted tote bag is created by hand and made to order.

  • Standard orders: Please allow 4–6 weeks for production prior to shipment.

  • Rush orders: Please allow approximately 2 weeks for production prior to shipment.

Rush order availability may vary based on current workload and must be requested at the time of purchase. Additional fees may apply.

Custom Commissions

Commission timelines vary depending on the scope, complexity, and size of the project.

Estimated timelines will be discussed and agreed upon prior to beginning work. Production will not begin until all required information, reference materials, and approvals have been received.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Weekend Art Company is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping carriers

  • Weather events

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Circumstances beyond our control

Wedding & Event Orders

If your order is needed for a wedding, event, or specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

While every effort will be made to accommodate requested timelines, Weekend Art Company cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors outside our control, including shipping carrier delays and approval timelines.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Weekend Art Company is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact katie@weekendartcompany.com as soon as possible.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact katie@weekendartcompany.com within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damaged packaging and product.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Weekend Art Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers may need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
